Freshness Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with the freshness of our cigars, return them. No questions.

 

Call or email us and we will refund your purchase, or replace them. You decide.

 

 HERE IS HOW IT WORKS: (Applies by the box, 4-Pack, or sampler)

 

If you smoke 1 cigar and return the remainder  - you will receive full merchandise credit minus shipping charges.

 

If you smoke more than 1 - each cigar will be charged the single cigar price and the remainder will be credited back to you minus shipping charges.

 

When you contact us we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Please make sure you write the RMA # on the outside of the box when you return your purchase. We can not accept returns without prior authorization.

 

Please do not send back partially smoked cigars.
